Dust Bomb

POOF! Now you're covered in flour!

This spell conjures a ball of packed dust-like material which explodes on contact with a solid surface. Make a ranged touch attack, on a hit the subject is covered in dust which gives them a 20% miss chance and reveals invisible creatures with a dusty outline (but still with 20% concealment), no save. The dust goes into a 5 ft radius burst around them subjecting other targets with the dust outline which reveals them, but not the 20% miss chance, with a Reflex save to negate. An attack which misses still bursts in their square, exposing them to the secondary burst effect.

A creature who has been struck directly can wipe the dust from their eyes as a move action, ending the 20% miss chance. Creatures who have been covered in dust can wipe their entire bodies off as a full round action. Neither provokes attacks of opportunity.
