Jubilant Dazzler[edit]

Only the most vicious opponents attack their enemies' eyes, you somehow manage to do it twice with your annoying sparkles and horrid sense of fashion.

Some people focus around a single spell and effect. Very few people focus on a single cantrip, jubilant dazzler are one of these. Both focusing on a sub-par spell and a sub-spar status effect, jubilant dazzler somehow manage to be extremely fearsome opponents capable of crippling opposition by their clever use of a simple cantrip.

Becoming a Jubilant Dazzler[edit]

Entry Requirements  
Skills: Craft (Firework) 1 ranks, Perform (Any) 4 ranks. 
Feats: Prismatic Spirit
Special: Must be able to use flare as a spell, spell-like abilities or supernatural ability.

Class Features[edit]

All of the following are class features of the Jubilant Dazzler.

The DCs of her jubilant dazzler's abilities is 10 + 1/2 HD + her charisma bonus.

Flare (Sp): A 1st level jubilant dazzler may now use flare at will as a swift action.

Harsh Dazzle (Ex): A 1st level jubilant dazzler increase the penalties given by dazzling by her half her class level (minimum 1). If she would dazzle an already dazzled creature the penalty from being dazzled change to her dazzle penalty if it would be higher.

Luminous Flare (Su): Whenever a 1st level jubilant dazzler use flare she may have the area the flare be the center of a daylight spell for 1 round. Any creatures within 10 feet of a luminous flare are also covered in sparkly dust as per glitterdust for 1 round/level.

Party Mood (Ex): At 2nd level a jubilant dazzler may have any friendly creature within the 20 feet of your flare become under the effect of good hope for 1 round per class level. Additionally the jubilant dazzler is always under ell's dramatic action but only for marking sparkles.

Prismatic Flare (Su): At 2nd level any creature struck directly (in the same square) by one of the jubilant dazzler's flare is are affected by a prismatic effect as if they were struck by a prismatic edge.

Ultraviolet Light (Ex): A 2nd level jubilant dazzler treat fungi, mold, oozes, and slimes as if they were undead and vulnerable to [light] creatures for the purpose of interacting with her [light] abilities.

Blinding Dazzle (Ex): If a 3rd level jubilant dazzler would dazzle a creature that is already dazzled she blind it instead for the duration of the dazzling.

Concentrated Flare (Sp): A 4th level jubilant dazzler may fire a flare as a ranged touch attack, affecting only the creature she hit. If she does so her flare is turned into a light laser with all the effect of being struck by a one of her flare.

Alternatively they may concentrate their flare in a touch, dealing double damage.

Large Flare (Sp): A 4th level jubilant dazzler may now detonate large flare, all creatures within a 20-ft.-radius spread of the flare must make a reflex save or become dazzled. This ability cannot be combined with concentrated flare.

Extraordinary Flare (Ex): Whenever a 5th level jubilant dazzler use flare she may do so as an extraordinary effect. It is still treated as it previous type whenever it would be advantageous.

Rapid Flare (Ex): A 5th level jubilant dazzler may use flare as an attack action as well as a swift action.

Dazing Dazzle (Ex): Whenever a 6th level jubilant dazzler hit a blinded or sightless creature with her flare she may make it dazed for 1 round on a failed save.

Megaflare (Sp): At 6th level, a jubilant dazzler may as a full-round action action use a special flare. After 1 round the flare explode in a solar flare effect centered on the flare. At character level 11th it may sunburst effect instead and at character level 15th she may have it explode into a supernova instead. This spell carry all negative effect of being hit by one of the jubilant dazzler's flare. A jubilant dazzler may use megaflare a number of time equal to her charisma bonus per day.
