Talk:3.5e Cleric Domains

From Dungeons and Dragons Wiki

I just realized this page exists... and I've already done a new page titled 3.5e domains. So I guess I'd like to know which page title works better (I prefer the less specific one), and also where the wiki thinks this page belongs. I stuck it under character options (as this is one of those selectable things like a feat or whatever), but this one is under spells under the complex blah blah page. I can see arguments for both, so I'll leave it up to those and then clean it (and the domain breadcrumb) up after some other voices get a say in things. - TarkisFlux 06:15, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Redirects come in handy.  ;) --Havvy 19:11, November 2, 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, could leave both up, but then which breadcrumb set to use? Both of them? Actually, that's might not be a bad plan... further pondering... - TarkisFlux 21:20, November 2, 2009 (UTC)
One standard breadcrumb that links to the official page is best. Multiple breadcrumbs just becomes unwieldy. --Havvy 23:24, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

The template[edit]

There's a problem with the automatic template the wiki sends you when you create a new domain: the breadcrumbs/category section start with a "<--" which, if not removed by the user, leaves the new article out of the domain table on this page. I've found a couple domains with this problem, which did not previously appeared on the table. Is there a way to correct this? --The bluez in the dungeon (talk) 09:59, 28 January 2022 (UTC)
