Upon initiating this maneuver, you are [[SRD:Haste|hasted]], then all hostile creatures within the area of effect must make a Will save or become [[SRD:Slow|slowed]]. While hasted by this maneuver, everything around you becomes very slow, you fall as if you are under the effect of [[SRD:Feather Fall|''feather fall'']], and you are able to move on liquid, as well as up vertical surfaces and on other surfaces that could not normally support your weight. However, you need to end your movement on a horizontal surface which can support you; otherwise, you will fall.
