Deep Freeze [General]
Benefit: Whenever you deal cold damage, you deal an extra point of cold damage per die. In addition, creatures with less than 50% of their hit points remaining after they take at least one point of cold damage from you become exhausted for 3 rounds. Creatures brought to 0 hp or lower by your cold damage can be turned into ice statues at your choice instead of killing them. This acts like flesh to stone, except it is ice (hardness 2 and the risk of melting). If a spell, power, or ability you have would freeze a target at 0 hit points, it instead freezes them at 10% of their hit points.
