Coercive Spell [Metamagic]

Living foes damaged by your spells become more pliable and vulnerable to your commands.

Tier: Paragon

Benefit: You gain Coercive spell as an encounter power.

Living foes damaged by your spells become more pliable and vulnerable to your commands.

Requirement: You use an Attack Power.
Effect: Choose one target hit by the spell; that target takes a -2 penalty to their will defence until the end of your next turn.
