|benefit= Through some means you can trigger a physical change in yourself and become the opposite gender as a full-round action at will as an extraordinary ability. The trigger method is up to the player, and can be a mental command, a spoken word or phrase, or even exposure to a certain agent (such as hot or cold water). You gain the Shapechanger subtype. Your ability scores, class and level, hit points, alignment, base attack bonus, and base save bonuses all remain the same. You retain all supernatural and spell-like special attacks and qualities in both forms. 

The other form can have slightly different minor features than your original form (such as eye color, hair color, minor variations in height and weight), but still vaguely resembles your original form. Once chosen, the other form is the same one every time you change. If used as part of a disguise, you gain a +6 bonus to your disguise check. 

You count as both male and female for the purposes of prerequisites, but any specific effects that are gender-dependent only function if you are currently the appropriate gender.
