|fluff=With great focus, even you can learn to stand atop a needle.
|benefit=With a Concentration check you can ignore a certain amount of physical damage each round.  Once per round as a free action usable outside of your own turn you may make a concentration check, and gain 1 point of DR/- for every 5 points of your result, up to a maximum of your character level.  The DR applies only against one attack.
|example=A 5th level character it struck by a slam and a bite which deal 20 and 23 points of damage respectively.  He can only make a check against one source, so he chooses the bite.  He gets a Concentration check of 32, for DR 6/-, but he is limited by his character level to DR 5/-.
