This spell functions in the same fashion as ''[[Consumptive Field (3.5e Spell)|consumptive field]]'', with one significant exception. Any creature within the aura that drops below half of their hit points must immediately make a save, even if it is not your turn. Any Strength bonus you receive out of turn from the rejuvenation effects of the spell expire at the beginning of the next round.</onlyinclude>
