Once the creature has taken more than half of its Dex score in damage, it loses an additional -10 feet to its movement speed, and the damage becomes ability drain.

You gain 1 Permanent spellstrained level each day you fail your Fortitude save, which are removed together with the disease.

Cicada Rabies causes a rather complicated form of insanity.

You become sickened and stay that way as long as you are sick.

Drain per day but an increase of +3 Con each time ability damage is applied. In spite of the boost in constitution, Fortitude saves against the disease are not improved and instead take a -1 cumulative circumstance penalty against saves vs the disease.

Also gives -1 to all attack rolls, saves, and skill checks from the growing pain. The effect is cumulative.

Causes a very insidious form of technological stagnation.

Anyone infected by wild plague makes a wild surge each time he cast a spell or uses a spell-like ability. See Wild Magic for more about wild surges.
