As long as you use the "[[Serial Killer (3.5e Feat)|''terminator walk'']]" you gain DR 3/- per class level.
 
''Charming Slasher:'' You are charming and trustworthy until it too late, you gain a +6 bonus on [[SRD:Bluff Skill|bluff]] and [[SRD:Diplomacy Skill|diplomacy]] against your [[Serial Killer (3.5e Feat)|prey]]. Additionally you gain [[Kent's Unassuming Disguise (3.5e Feat)|Kent's unassuming disguise]] and [[Mystery Slasher (3.5e Feat)|mystery slasher]] as bonus feats.

Additionally if you meet the prerequisites you gain the [[Disguise in Plain Sight (3.5e Feat)|disguise in plain sight]] bonus feat.

''Crazy Stalker:'' You gain the darkstalker<sup>ToM</sup> feat as well as the hide in plain sight ability of the [[SRD:Assassin|assassin]] against your [[Serial Killer (3.5e Feat)|prey]].

''Death Attack:'' You gain the death attack ability of the [[SRD:Assassin|assassin]] as well as the [[Improved Death Attack-CE (3.5e Feat)|improved death attack-CE]] feat but only usable against your [[Serial Killer (3.5e Feat)|prey]].

''Favorite Prey:'' Choose a vague to somewhat specific type of people, like 'trespasser', a particular gender, race or even 'stupid teenager'. Whenever you select one of such creature as your [[Serial Killer (3.5e Feat)|prey]] you gain bonus against it as if it was your favorite enemy as [[Codex Ranger (3.5e Class)|codex ranger]] of your character level. 

''Laughing Maniac {{Ex}}:'' Once per encounter a psychotic slasher may replicate the effect of [[Heart of a Champion (3.5e Maneuver)|heart of a champion]], however when she does she start laughing manically as per [[SRD:Hideous Laughter|''hideous laughter'']] for 2 round or until she is attacked, whichever come first. 

''Madness Dash:'' As a swift action a psychotic slasher may move equal to her land speed, however upon doing so she become [[Serial Killer (3.5e Feat)|clumsy]] for 1 round. If you dash toward your [[Serial Killer (3.5e Feat)|prey]]. you move twice your speed instead.

''Murderous Intent:'' You gain the ability to perform ''coup de grace'' as a standard action.

''Twitching Movement:'' You seem to shudder and twitch while moving, teleporting short distances. You never provoke attack of opportunity from movement.

Your bleeding damage and [[Bleedout (3.5e Condition)|bleed]] only need a corporeal creature instead of a creature with a circulatory system and you can inflict bleeding damage and bleedout to creatures with no constitution or immune to critical hit. Additionally you ignore immunity to bleeding and dismembering (like the one granted by the unblemished enhancement).

Sadly she cannot stay in this form forever, she will dissipate and die for real if she cannot murder an intelligent humanoid creature for 24 hours. She will typically use this time to orchestrate her own resurrection.
