|power=Once per day, as a standard action, the cleric can summon a downpour with a radius of 20 feet per cleric level. This downpoor remains active for 1 minute per cleric level and remains centered on the cleric, if he moves, the downpoor moves in his direction at 10 feet per round. The downpour extinguishes all non-magical fires in the area, reduces acid damage by 25%, reduces fire damage by 50%, and reduces desiccation damage by 75%. In return, it increases cold damage by 25% and electricity damage by 50%. Finally, the downpour produces a light mist which makes visibility difficult. This condition imposes a -5 penalty on [[Spot]] and [[Search]] checks.
