While wearing this ring all divine spells are automatically empowered as if using the [[SRD:Empower Spell|Empower Spell]] metamagic feat.  This does not stack with Empower Spell.  You must have the Sun domain, sacrifice a 4th level divine slot, or have the True Believer feat and at least 7 HD in order for this ring to function.
