''The savage berserker class is more or less a remake of the frenzied berserker class without the friendly fire, immortality and general campaign wrecking madness.'' 

The savage berserker are often classified as a 'meat grinder on legs', they capable of feats lesser barbarian are barely capable of imagining. A savage berserker is a feared enemy on the battlefield and unlike their frenzied berserker cousin they are not feared by their allies. A savage berserker is pretty much the same as a normal barbarian in term of fighting, rage, charge and cleave.

While frenzied, she gains a +6 bonus to Strength and, if she makes a full attack action, gains a single extra attack each round at her highest bonus. However, she also takes a —4 penalty to Armor Class and takes 2 points of nonlethal damage per round. A frenzy lasts for a number of rounds equal to 3 + the savage berserker's [[Constitution]] modifier. She may end her frenzy early as a free action. The effects of frenzy stack with those from any rage ability the character may have.
 
A savage berserker can enter a savage frenzy once per day per class level, but never more than once per encounter. While frenzied she is under the same restriction as a [[SRD:Barbarian|barbarian]]'s rage. Her savage frenzy benefits from any feats or ability altering her rage when it would be beneficial. At the end of her frenzy the savage berserker take 2 points of [[constitution]] [[SRD:Ability Burn|burn]] and she become [[SRD:Exhausted|exhausted]].
