Besides being how Dodge should be (applies to all, and a little more for effort), I figured that the ones who need dodge the most aren't the ones with the Dex to take it. Plus, the idea of parrying is cool, thus, here it is. -- Eiji-kun 10:19, 29 August 2012 (UTC)

Scope
