Shaky Hands

Your hands are shaking badly, most likely caused by nerve damage following a bad wound. You often fail to use your skills with your hands, and you tend to drop your tools and weapons.

Effect: Any non-attack action taken that requires using one or both of your hands has a 20% chance to automatically fail. This includes many skill checks and casting a spell with somatic components. If a skill check fails because of this flaw but otherwise succeeds, if the skill check has a gradual effect for failure it counts as having failed by 1. If you fail to cast a spell due to this flaw, you do not expend a spell slot or other resources needed to cast the spell, but the action is wasted. Finally if you roll a natural 1 on a attack roll or skill check, you automatically drop any held items involved in the action.

You may steady yourself as a move action, allowing you to perform a single action without a failure chance. This action must be taken before the end of your next turn, or else you must steady yourself again. You cannot do this for action which require more than 1 round to perform.

Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
