This arrow has a blunt head shaped like a bell, and inscribed with the images of dragons.
This +1 arrow or bolt deals minimum damage on the target, though the damage is sonic damage. It then explodes in a 20 ft radius with a resonating chime, afflicting all targets within. For the next 3 rounds any creatures within 100 ft of the resonating targets can "see" them even behind total cover, as if they were subject to blindsight.
Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, sound burst.
