This graft involves the surgical removal of one of the arms of the recipient (usually their primary one, but sometimes their secondary one). The arm obviously looks out of place, and certainly doesn't suit anything that doesn't look strongly like an ape, but gives enormous strength and carrying ability.
The user's carrying capacity improves to that of a quadruped that is one size category larger than they are. They can also wield weapons up to two size categories larger, or one size category larger if they are two-handed.
