Earthshaking Strike [Fighter] Prerequisites: Weapon Focus (Earth Breaker), Vital StrikeBenefit: When using Vital Strike with a Earth Breaker, you add half your Strength again to damage. Additionally if you reduce the creature you attacked with your vital strike below 0 hp, you may cause an earth shaking shockwave to emanate from your target's square. The square and all adjacent squares, except for the one that you occupy, become difficult terrain unless made of a material of hardness higher than your Strength modifier. All creatures in those squares take non-lethal damage equal to your Strength modifier. You may use this ability by using Vital Strike on an empty square, causing the shockwave to emanate from that square.

If you have the Improved Vital Strike you increase the radius of the shockwave by 5 ft and add your full Strength bonus as additional damage on each vital strike. If you have the Greater Vital Strike feat you increase the radius by a further 5 feet and add twice your Strength bonus on as extra damage on attack made with the vital strike feat.
