Nightmare Tamer[edit]

Masters of those that bump in the night Nightmare tamers have harnessed their own fear to direct at their enemies

Becoming a Nightmare Tamer[edit]

Whoever said fight your own battles better make an addendum as your nightmares close quarters for you

Entry Requirements  
Alignment: none. 
Feats: Improved familiar or animal companion. 
Spellcasting: At least 5 level's in a class that gives familiar or animal companion.

Class Features[edit]

All of the following are class features of the <-Nightmare Tamer->. Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Cane, simple weapons, light armor.

Book of V: This book mundane to the naked eye is soul bound to the user and if destroyed will be recreated as a standard action. Your nightmares are written in the book and given form by it. When not in use familiars can be summoned as a swift action

Ornithophobia: The Flapping of wings haunt your dreams. This familiar is Xenotheric in nature born from your nightmares. This familiar must be flying also gains the feats improved familiar if you dont have bioweapon and energy vision. the chosen element applies to both the bioweapon and the laser and the nightmare tamer and all its summons gain immunity to the element.

Zweit Flight: Your Ornithophobia grants you a second jump when used Ornithophobia may not perform other actions.

Stalemate: Familiar and companion that hit 0 health reform into a floating orb that accepts devil triggers to reform them or standby their side for 1 minute.

Devil Gauge: Devil guage equals Cha+class level and can be used for special maneuvers.

Empower: expend a devil trigger to raise damage die by one for 3 turns and heal 1d6 per devil trigger used this turn which will return them from stalemate

Cane Drain: You may Use your cane to extract fiendish essence from a downed target below zero hp killing them this action will recharge one devil gauge.

Finishers strike: when familiars knock out a target may teleport to them to perform a cane drain range of 60 feet.

Familiar Actions: Familiars turns take place during yours While familiars fight the Nightmare tamer may take any actions during his turn as normal.

Sufferers nightmare: You nightmares were of the hunt and you are the prey. Summon an animal companion that is predatory in nature that is at most large size. this familiar is Xenotheric in nature born from your nightmares animal companion gains improved animal companion if you don't have multiattack and all natural attacks deal damage type slashing piercing or bludgeoning. Its body will twist and morph allowing it a 4 part multiattack even if base creature doesn't have.

nightmare glide: Your animal companion dissipates to its fundamental elements meeting at your feet. Gain a hover at your land speed as a free action. While in use Sufferers nightmare may not perform other actions.

Waxing poetic: Read aloud from your book of v and empower yourself in nightmare. Regain one trigger per round become flatfooted as you are focused on the nightmare

Smokin sexy style: For every 3 turns that the Nightmare tamer is unharmed in combat increase familiar damage die by one resets once hit.

True Nightmare: The worst dream yet is here and in this moment where most lose hope you harness its power. This huge xenotheric creature has all the feats of Ornithophobia and the Sufferers nightmare choose a humanoid of huge or lower and upgrade to huge.This creature may not be more than two levels or cr below the nightmare tamers. true Nightmare gains all feats of previous nightmares and summon for 3 triggers consumes one devil trigger per round then leaves.
