Overtaxing Swing [General]
You are able to deliver precise and powerful blows, but doing so overtaxes your body.Prerequisites: Power AttackBenefit: Whenever you make an attack modified by Power Attack, you may take damage equal to half the base damage of the weapon. If you do you gain a competence bonus on attack roll equal to the power attack penalty applied on the attack. This applies even if you would take no power attack penalty, gaining a bonus on attack roll equal to what the penalty would have been. If the power attack penalty would be applied to AC instead of attack roll, you gain a bonus to your AC instead.
If used alongside Vital Strike (Including the improved and greater version), you multiply the extra damage from power attack alongside the base damage dice.
