Plagued

You have a persistent strain of filth fever afflicting you, both incurable and leaving your body full of leaking sores.

Prerequisite: No immunity to diseases.

Effect: You suffering from a special strain of Filth Fever. The DC of your Filth Fever is 11 + half your hit dice. You cannot cure or delay the effect of this disease, making the Fortitude save against it every day. However unlike a normal disease, each successful save against it cure 1 point of both Dexterity and Constitution damage caused by it and it cannot cause either your Dexterity or Constitution to drop below 1. You must take at least 1 hours each day changing in clean bandages and cleaning the sores, or else take a -2 penalty to attack roll and AC for the rest of the day due to the discomfort.

You only risk transmitting the disease to those in very close proximity, such as those treating your wounds or someone you share a bed with. When transmitted your disease act like simple Filth Fever with a higher DC, not any other effect of this flaw. Finally you take a -4 penalty on Diplomacy and Disguise checks because of your sickly appearance.

Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.

Special: If you have an ability that makes you resistant to disease, it does not affect fifth fever. If you later gain immunity to disease, it does not remove your filth fever.
