These rings were employed by an Poisoner's Guild, to avoid detection from the Court Wizard of the noble they were planning on killing.
The wearer of this ring gain poison use as an Assassin, if the wearer already has this class feature the DC of her poisons increases by 1 instead. Additionally any poisons you apply is automatically under the effect of the obscure poison spell.
Finally as a last ruse, the poisoner's ring is not detected as a magic item by detect magic as the magic aura spell.
Prerequisites: Forge Ring, obscure poison, magic aura, poison.
Cost to Create: 3,750 GP, 300 EXP, 7 days.
