Spellcasting Typical Druid Spells Prepared (5/4/3/2; save DC 14 + spell level): 0—detect magic, guidance, know direction, light, read magic; 1st—atmospheric visualizer, longstrider, produce flame, shillelagh; 2nd-Raphael's Avian Observers, barkskin, fog cloud, 2nd-elementalize wood, stone shape. The save DCs are Wisdom based.
Spell-Like Abilities At will-feather fall; 1/day-calm animals (DC 10), speak with animals. The saving throws are Charisma based.
Spontaneous Casting A druid can channel stored spell energy into summoning spells that she hasn’t prepared ahead of time. She can “lose” a prepared spell in order to cast any summon nature’s ally spell of the same level or lower.
Totem (Eagle) (Ex) Raphael has feather fall (self only) at will, and may move up to 5 ft for every 10 ft you drop. All your jumps are considered running jumps.
Trackless Step (Ex) Starting at 3rd level, a druid leaves no trail in natural surroundings and cannot be tracked. She may choose to leave a trail if so desired.
Weapon Familiarity (Ex) Dodaem are proficient with all simple weapons, the short bow and long bow (including composite versions), greatclub, bolas, and net.
Wild Empathy (Ex) Raphael has wild empathy as a druid.
Woodland Passage (Ex) Dodaem benefit from Woodland Stride as a ranger. If they gain Woodland Stride (which he does from his druid levels) they can pass through even magically augmented plants.

Background (Astronomer): Raphael studies the stars, and gains free ranks in Profession Astronomer as a Flavorful Skill. He also placed his ability score from leveling in Wisdom.

Born Thief Apply free ranks in Escape Artist and Hide.

Flaw (Antisocial): Raphael suffers from a -6 penalty on Bluff and Diplomacy, and cannot take ranks in either. Nor can he benefit from the Leadership feat or Aid Another. Non-hostile creatures start one step less friendly to a minimum of Unfriendly due to his unpleasant nature, but this effect does not apply to PCs.

The surly Raphael is a wandering giant of gray skin, knotty long hair, sunken eyes, and haggard complexion who has set into the world to find peace in solitude and fulfillment in mystical knowledge and foresight. As a dodaem he has small patches of black feathers not unlike a crow on his arms, legs, shoulders, and back, and he has a great affinity to the animal. In particular he has a love for the mysteries of the stars, and does his best to observe the heavens from all over the world as he travels. Few meet him by anything more than accident as he spends his time in the wilderness, with his pet crow acting as a scout and warning system for threats nearby. He is unfriendly to others but does not desire trouble and will leave if he does not think he can take whatever is before him. He usually uses his wildshape to turn into a giant crow (eagle) and fly away.

Recently Raphael has become obsessed with certain meteorological phenomena and is on an active chase to find meaning in its passing. In addition he is the creator of his own unique spell, Raphael's Avian Observers.
