The Sanguine Adept feat is part of the Z's Blood Magic sourcebook, and uses the mechanics and features presented therein.

Sanguine Adept  (Feat)
Prerequisite: Constitution 13, Hemocraft feature
You gain 2 Sacrifice Points, which you may use to fuel your Hemocraft abilities. You regain all expended Sacrifice Points when you finish a Long Rest.

Additionally, you learn two Metamagic options from among those available to Sorcerers; You may use these Metamagic Options only to enhance any spells you've gained from a Sanguine Rite, such as from the Lore of Minor Storm Arcana Rite. Rather than using Sorcery Points to fuel your Metamagic, these two Metamagic options require you to expend Sacrifice Points equal to the option's normal Sorcery Point cost.
