Sisiutl Head

A ghostly, serpentine head appears at your own head's side, hovering there.

You gain a +2 bonus on Intelligence checks and Intelligence-based skill checks.

Essentia: Increase the bonus by 1 per every essentia point invested.  

Chakra Bind (Brow)

The second head's eyes glow with an unsettling light.

As a standard action the second head may unleash a gaze attack against one target. The target must make a Fortitude save or be petrified for one round per amount of essentia invested. You may use this power one time per day per amount of essentia invested. The save DC is 10 + amount of essentia invested + Constitution modifier. 

Chakra Bind (Hands)

The second head disappears, as your arms transform in snakes.

Binding this soulmeld to the hands chakra transforms your hands in snake's heads. This prevent you from holding anything.

You gain two natural weapons in the form of bites. They deal 1d4 of damage + 1d4 per two points of essentia invested in this soulmeld.

You also gain the benefit of the Improved Grapple and Multiattack feats for these bite attacks. 

Chakra Bind (Totem)

Your body becomes scaly, elongated and slick.

You gain a bonus on Escape Artist checks and grapple checks equal to 2 + 1 per essentia point invested.

You may transform in a boat-like form, with your face as figurehead. It lasts one hour + one hour per essentia point invested. In this form you gain a swim speed equal to 20 feet (6 meters) + 5 feet (1,5 meters) per point of essentia invested. You may took with you up to 3 Medium creatures (two Small creatures count as one Medium, one Large creature counts as two Medium ones).

In this form you may not use any ability except for swimming abilities and anything you can do with only your head (such as breath weapons or gaze attacks).
