Balance and Metamagic

By 5th level, casting this spell each round allows you to fill the battlefield with bouncing bolts of electricity. It becomes more insane when combined with Extended Spell, and that's part of the design intent. Additionally, I'm unsure if it qualifies for Twin Spell, as while it does 'initially target only one creature, on subsequent rounds it can target others.

I could use some balance help on this, even if it is as simple as adding a Concentration component to it. --Zhenra-Khal (talk) 00:29, 6 December 2021 (UTC)
