A cool sequel to explosive runes.

The occasional abuse of this probably makes the game more interesting.

Nice little interesting spell. Abusable, but it's that silly sort of abusable that few people ever actually try to pull off.

A Hundred Billboards in the Sky

It's not that expensive to hire a couple of flying creatures to hold a billboard for you. If the script just consists of "Kill Yourself!", it's hard not to read it in its entirety, possibly even multiple times on accident. --Foxwarrior 01:27, 7 August 2012 (UTC)

"Do not feed the elephant."
"Turn left ->"
"Find Waldo."
And others? --Ghostwheel 02:15, 7 August 2012 (UTC)
"Read this sign again." --Ganteka Future 02:29, 7 August 2012 (UTC)
"Open the door."
"Get on the floor."
"Everybody walk the dinosaur."
This isn't really a bad spell, though. Yeah, it's abusable with the billboard method, but that's the sort of silly abusability that, I think, is forgivable in the interest of being interesting. --DanielDraco 22:12, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
Also, that "Kill Yourself" billboard can cause collateral damage to allies (and the creatures holding the billboard), and there's nothing in the spell description that says it cannot affect the caster. However, writing "Drop your magic items and kill yourself" above your throne and enchanting it so only people hostile to you can see it would probably work.

Fun billboards.[edit]

"Should you have ill intentions towards (Caster) or anyone allied with him/her, please take a Thinaun weapon from the basket, and kill yourself with it. If all weapons are presently holding souls, please hail a guard to provide you a new one."

"You will believe everything you read on this tablet is a rule you must never break so long as it is a numbered rule, and you must convince yourself wholeheartedly, and permanently. You will now read the rest of this tablet."

"Improv comedy. Do it. Right now."

I could probably think of more, but the middle one covers most of the useful ones/fun ones. -SecondDeath777 03:19, 7 March 2018
