The race is more than a 1 level hit with all that. equal to a 3 I would say

LA 1 actually, which is more penalizing than 1 RHD, though I think that's what you meant to say anyway.

I don't agree with you, but go on and elucidate. Why don't you think this is equal to, say, a 2 HD Human of whatever class.
