Ratings[edit]

RatedNeutral.png Eiji-kun is neutral on this article and rated it 2 of 4.
Though I'm rating this neutral, it's on the lower end of the scale. It's entirely due to disagreements about price. The item itself, and the effects, are solid however.

And Again

See the other talk pages, too cheap for constant true seeing, completely outpacing other items, good, fair priced ones. -- Eiji-kun 17:34, 24 March 2011 (UTC)

Firstly, as we have previously established on the talk page for the bar-lgura arm, your definition of 'good' and 'fair-priced' leave a whole lot to be desired. As a result, I'm not sure your criticism is valid even from that standpoint.
Secondly, this is an item balanced for a 12th level character. All of the above is completely in-line with what a 12th level character, given the wizard level of balance, can do. The price given for it is a reasonable fraction of the total wealth by level for a 12th level character (11%, to be exact), and if we examine it in terms of wealth growth between 11th level and 12th level, it's about 45% of that. Combined with the fact that items in general are priced in a retarded fashion, and that this item benefits non-magic guys more than magic ones, your objections seem strange in the extreme. - MisterSinister 21:09, 15 August 2011 (UTC)
