It should be bludgeoning damage. It's fine at moderate level and really, since it is a feat, it performs its duty well enough: it offers some new options for a character. |

It's a force effect that deals untyped damage. Hrm.
At Moderate I guess it adds a decent amount of complexity by comparison with other Moderate feats, but it's certainly still not exciting. |
Balance[edit]
Balance Point for this is definitely not Wizard. I would probably go with Fighter conservatively, but that may still be high and Monk may very well be more appropriate. The amount of damage is almost pathetic at higher levels given the fact that it's a ranged touch attack (with all the ramifications that that brings). Perhaps make it something usable for lethal damage and then modified by channeling psionic abilities through it, then we'll talk about Rogue. - TG Cid 20:46, 24 December 2010 (UTC)
- Parakee, you might want to start your balances at Fighter or Monk instead of Wizard. 4d6+4INT nonlethal damage at 20th level as a full round attack option means that this is a feat nobody would want to take. I'd call it Monk level. Also, for the +2 damage thing, that is basically weapon specialization, which is considered a monk level feat. --Havvy 01:54, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
- You're right I have my power levels all wrong. I'll fix the feat by making it do plus 1d6 damage every 3 levels, change the plus to damage to plus 1d6+1d6 per 4 levels.Parakee 20:43, 29 December 2010 (UTC)
