The following is a non-exclusive list of the deities and other things that have been worshipped by people living on the Great Snake.

The Deities

Cashooie, Gadlnaom, Pretapodr, Vratimsgot, and Bceilieod were all created as an indirect result of research during the Age of Mystery. Other deities have been discovered by interplanar adventurers. Since the only deific abilities that function on this plane are partial omniscience, the ability to grant level-appropriate powers, and the ability to speak to people in their heads, actual deities are actually particularly unlikely to help their worshipers out, as beings who can be worshiped go.

Other Possibilities

People who style theirselves God-Emperors generally look at you unfavorably if you don't worship them. Grak Thugman, the First Sorcerer, and Tabanis, the Gray Hat, are both worshiped in their own right, with teachings based on exaggerated versions of their already incredible deeds. It's certainly possible to worship objects and terrains as well.
