Thick Glasses

Your vision is poor, and you need glasses. This is inconvenient to bring into a battle.

Prerequisite: Must have vision.

Effect: Your vision is poor, and you are unable to read beyond 10 ft. Creatures outside of this range have partial concealment to you, as you can only make out blurs, and 50% concealment beyond 30 ft. In addition you take a -6 penalty to Spot checks. This flaw can be lifted with corrective glasses, allowing you to see normally. However whenever you are subject to a critical hit, a bull rush, or some other form of extraordinary violent movement you have a 50% chance of having your glasses fall into your square, forcing you to recover them and put them back on as a move action. You can spent a move action each round to hold onto your glasses to keep them from slipping off.

Your glasses take up the face slot, but the glasses can be enhanced as a magic item on its own. If your glasses fly off and are outside your 10 ft range you must make a Search or Spot check DC 20 to locate your glasses (not including distance penalties).

Replacing a mundane pair of glasses is 50 gp. The first pair are free.

Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
