Tormentor Of Souls [Multiclass, Tactical] Prerequisites:  Summon Ba, Voodoo Curse, Spellcraft 9 RanksBenefit: Half of your Ba Summoner (Or Soulcaller) levels and Witch Doctor (Or Bokor) levels stack for the purposes of determining your maximum Ba CR, the number of Akh Totems you can have, the number of Spirit Mediums you have, the strength of your Voodoo Curse, Pins and Needles damage, the strength of your Rebuke Undead ability, and when you gain the Channel Ba, Spelltouched Summoning, Curse of the Flesh, Consume Doll, Voodoo Torment, Jinx, Big Bad Hoodoo and Black Needle class abilities. Thus a Ba Summoner 4/Witch Doctor 4 would have the Ba-related abilities of a 6th-level Ba Summoner and the Voodoo-related abilities of a 6th-level Witch Doctor.

You also gain the following tactical benefits.

• Akh Doll: You can use an Akh Totem as a Voodoo Doll. When you attempt to establish a Voodoo Curse, you may extend the casting time to a full round. If you do this and the Curse succeeds, the target's mind is overridden by the mind of the Ba that was stored inside the Totem. You can then control the target just as you control the Ba normally, but instead of its normal abilities, it uses the controlled target's abilities. Once the Ba's summon duration runs out, however, the target regains its control, remembered everything that occurred while it was controlled, and cannot be affected by this ability again for 24 hours. Damage dealt to the host creature while it is controlled by the Ba does not count against the Ba's health (Thus allowing you to use Pins and Needles upon your victim freely, but a Death effect will kill both the Ba and its host on a failed save.

• Consume Totem: This requires you know both the Channel Ba and Consume Doll abilities. When you use Consume Doll on an Akh Doll while the Ba attached to the Akh Totem is controlling someone, you can choose to render the totem useless for 24 hours (Consuming a Totem doesn't destroy it, but after the summoned Ba's summon ends, it can't be summoned again for 24 hours). If you do so, you gain full access to the controlled target's mind and abilities for the duration. When you use the victim's abilities, you can choose for them to originate from the controlled victim's physical location or from your physical location.

• Override Spirits: Your knowledge of torturing souls has given you the ability to make them cower before you. This requires the Rattle Spirits, One With Spirit, Curse Of The Flesh and Channel Ba class features. You can now Rebuke or Command any target of your Voodoo Curse regardless of type. When trying to Rebuke targets affected by Curse Of The Flesh, you gain a +4 on your Turning Check and Turning Damage rolls.

• Soul Collector: When a target dies while under the effects of your Voodoo Curse augmented by Akh Doll, you can instantly discard the Ba currently bound to that Akh Totem and trap the victim as your Ba instead, if they're eligible; And when this occurs. If they would be less powerful than the old Ba due to class levels (Since a level 17 Human fighter would just be a level 1 Human with one Humanoid hit dice), you can have them gain the old Ba's abilities in addition to whatever abilities they possess that carry over; If they wouldn't become weaker due to lost class levels, you can instead select two single abilities from the old Ba for the new one to gain. By doing this several times in a row with the same Totem, you can eventually build a better Ba out of parts of all the previous ones. However, when you create a Ba using Soul Collector, its soul is trapped in the totem, unlike normal Bas, and cannot be raised or resurrected short of a Resurrection, True Resurrection, Limited Wish, Wish or Miracle. If returned to life via one of these methods, the Akh Totem it was bound to instantly shatters and the Ba can no longer be summoned, losing all your hard work.
