Firstly, let me say that we truly do appreciate the effort to weed out poorly-made articles -- quality control is one of our top priorities. However, because it is so important to us, we do have a formal system in place for determining the quality of articles and removing the worst from the main navigation of the wiki. You can read about it on our Rating Articles guideline page -- the Community Opposed section explains our criteria and process for removing content. We do have a deletion policy, but the Occultist article does not really qualify for outright deletion simply because you personally feel it is overpowered.
