The wearer of this cloak gains the same benefits of a blackfeather mantle, though the user may still employ maneuvers and stances of the White Raven discipline while transformed.
In addition to this, the wearer is granted a +2 bonus to Charisma, as a cloak of charisma, and the same benefits of the various versions of a crown of White Ravens[1], depending on price.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, animal shapes, eagle’s splendor, must know maneuvers from the White Raven discipline.
