Mundane Architectures[edit]

Commoner's Shack 90 gp This is the most bare-bones excuse of a house ever, but when you're a commoner that makes next to nothing, it's home.
Farm 1500 gp plus 100 gp per acre The staple of rural life, the farm consists of both the farmhouse and the surrounding land.
Large Castle 90,000 gp Where small castles are the homes of barons and dukes, large castles are the homes of kings and the seats of entire nations.
Log Cabin 1000 gp
Mansion 10,000 gp The home of the rich, mansions belong to members of nobility.
Ranch House 2000 gp The home of the middle class, it is big enough for comfort while not being a mansion.
Small Castle 30,000 gp A small castle or fort suitable for nobility and soldiers. They often stand at the center of population center.
Soundproof Foam 300 gp per 100 sq. ft. Soundproof foam can make a room impossible to hear from the outside and vice versa.
Steam Engine 800 gp (large mundane), 400 gp (small mundane), 1600 gp (large magical), and 800 gp (small magical) In steampunk societies, the steam engine is the go-to method of power generation in the brave new world.
Townhouse 2000 gp Townhouses are the homes of urban middle-class dwellers. Housing is smaller and more compact than a ranch house, but has the convenience of living in walking distance to all the delights of the city.

Alliance Gong 20,000 gp A magical gong which lets you share your inspire courage ability out to 1 mile.
Animated Dispenser 4,500 gp Typically a statue or embossing of a face or bust within a slab of solid rock, the dispenser opens its maw to release its contents once conditions have been met.
Animated Wheels 900 gp Wheels which move on their own, they are often synchronized with each other and used to provide 4x4 transportation methods.
Arcana Ingenium 8,000 gp This magical engine produces raw magic energy suitable for powering all sorts of magical architecture.
Blackstone Golem Forge 75,000 GP A forge which allows for the creation of constructs.
Blessed Baths 1,000 gp This bath/sauna fills with enhanced water that grants benefits for those bathing in it. With the right components you can achieve even greater effects.
Cephalic Cathedra 70,000 gp An alien chair of illithid origin that grants one the ability to manipulate and sway the minds of others, but there is a catch...
Communication Grid 3,000 gp A flat board which can be used to talk to other communication grids in real time, or sending long distance messages.
Dead King's Throne 27000 gp A frightening bone throne that grants necromantic powers, and extended use will turn you undead.
Elemental Forge 4,000 gp This forge is useful for crafting elementally tinged weapons, or changing elemental weapons to a different element.
FTL Engine 100,000 gp Used by various spacefaring creatures in the void of space, the FTL Engine allows travel at speeds exceeding that of c.
Focusing Emitter 16000 gp An immobile totem and focusing crystal which maintains concentration on an effect to display in an area.
Global Gravity Disc 4,880 gp This orrey has a flat rune covered disc in the center. Its orientation determines the pull of gravity in a given area.
Jump Drive 5,000 gp (teleport version), 5,000 gp (plane shift version), 8,000 gp (both) A vehicle equipped with a jump drive can teleport or plane shift via expending specialized fuel.
Lightning Turret 9,000 gp, 50,000 gp, or 75,000 gp, based on the model A comfy chair that happens to have a massive lightning gun for blasting things with.
Load Bearing Lifestone 1,000 gp A very sturdy stone, typically used in construction. It breaks upon the death of a creature.
MADAR 5,000 gp Magical radar, for detecting incoming objects.
Mending Surface Varies based on the volume of a room or the size of a wall. A mending surface is shaped when created and regrows to fill in any holes or damage it takes.
Mobile Orbshelter 10,000 gp (normal), 50,000 gp (advanced) A spherical flying clockwork house, it was created by heretical dwarves who wanted to live in the air. The advanced form can even cross dimensions!
Oculus Dias 70000 gp A platform used for meditation and divination, this piece of magical architecture makes it easier for diviners to do their job.
Orb of Clear Air 2,800 gp The orb generates and recycles air, and keeps it from escaping. It's good for traveling through voids, but it can't stop anything of significant mass.
Orb of Environmental Exposure 2,500 gp The orb causes the interior of the room it is in to be subject to the elements as if it were exposed and on the surface, including rain, wind, and floodwaters.
Pavilion of Dusk and Dawn 3000 gp A covered throne and platform filled to the brim with creature comforts that are literally too good to be true.
Pavilion of Pathfinding 10000 gp A platform that contains a throne and enough room for three other people. With a word, it becomes a howdah to transport its passengers to new and exciting places.
Phantom Beacon 4,500 gp A powerful light beacon suitable for putting on top of light houses, this beacon also happens to reveal ghosts and things which are not what they seem.
Planar Waystone 80,000 gp This chunk of material came from another plane, and it brought its properties back with it.
Spring Carpet 1,800 gp It's a springboard by any other name.
Steam Engine 800 gp (large mundane), 400 gp (small mundane), 1600 gp (large magical), and 800 gp (small magical) In steampunk societies, the steam engine is the go-to method of power generation in the brave new world.
Throne of Judgement 11500 gp This regal looking throne grants the power to cast bestow curse, remove curse, and zone of truth 1/day, among other things.
Throne of the Sky King 80000 gp A regal throne decorated with the wings of a roc, it grants its user the power of wind and storm, and protection from those same elements.
Travelling House 9,000 gp It's a house on legs, for those who want to live on the go.
Videopane 1000 gp This flat pane of glass can display visuals and audios of events far away.
