Planar Waystone[edit]

Build into the structures to activate their magic, planar waystones are Large sized chunks of planar material, sometimes encased in large gemstones or magical cages and embedded into the wall with mystic runes. It grants the some or all of properties of said plane to the surrounding area, such as the subjective gravity of the Plane of Air, the negative energy of the Negative Energy Plane, or the timelessness of the Astral Plane. You are considered to be both on your actual plane and the stated plane. The exact properties it grants are determined on creation. Everything up to a 100 ft radius around the waystone is subject to these unusual planar properties. The only property is is unable to create are changes in the flow of time other than the Timeless trait.

Because line of sight or line of effect are not required, these stones are usually built deep within the walls of structures. They can be tailored to end their effect at the outer walls of a structure as needed. They leave a Faint Abjuration effect around the entire affected area, while the stones themselves glow with Strong auras.

Strong transmutation; CL 14th; Craft Wondrous Item, planar bubbleSpC, a piece of the plane in question; Price 80,000 gp.
