Low - Razor Cut (Manipulation)
Prerequisites: Paper Cut, Sleight of Hand 4 ranksBenefit: When you use the Paper Cut skill trick, you deal bleeding damage equal to your weapon's enhancement bonus (or add it to the other type of bleeding damage).
Special: If you confirm a critical hit when using this skill trick multiply the bleed damage with the critical multiplier.
